Makayla and Kody’s Michigan beach engagement photos at Sleeper State Park were so much fun! There’s just something about a good ol’ beach engagement session that never get’s old. Sleeper State Park itself is a gem of a spot in Mid Michigan for an engagement session, and were were lucky to have such a beautiful sunny day for their photos!

Makayla and Kody were both really excited about their engagement session, and that truly shows though their photos! I always have the best couples and these two were laughing and smiling during the whole session which made capturing them a breeze! And honestly, how can you not be happy on the beach? I love Michigan’s beautiful Great Lakes that we get to enjoy and they always make for the perfect backdrop for some Michigan beach engagement photos! Makayla and Kody’s first outfits were casual. You can’t go wrong with some cute blue jeans and a white top!

Outfit Changes, Champagne Toast’s & a Michigan Sunset at Sleeper State Park

Towards the second half of their session they got dressed up a bit more and Makayla rocked a beautiful long white dress while Kody wore a black shirt with some white capris. It was the perfect outfit for some dressier Michigan beach engagement photos here at Sleeper State Park! These two were so cute and I loved watching them sip on their champagne while taking in the sunset together!
