Every detail of my process is designed with you in mind.
From the first hello to the Final Gallery. Here’s a look at my process and how I will
 take care of you.

The

Experience

7

It’s finally here. I’ll be there fully present and fully hyped, documenting the big moments and the quiet ones, so you can just be in it.

THE BIG DAY

9

The Final Gallery Drop

Time to cozy up and relive it all. Your full wedding gallery (plus a keepsake USB) is delivered so you can laugh, cry, and share it all over again.

8

sneak
peeks

Within a week of your wedding, I’ll send 35+ sneak peeks to hold you over. Warning: may cause happy tears and excessive phone lock screen changes.

Your engagement session is part celebration, part hangout, part memory-making. Pick a spot that feels like you (or include your pets!)—this one’s all about your dynamic

engagement
session

Map It Out

About a month before the wedding, I’ll send another quick questionnaire and we’ll hop on a call to craft your personalized photo timeline. That way, nothing gets missed—and you’re free to enjoy the day.

5

Preview the Magic

You’ll receive your engagement gallery (60+ images) within 2–3 weeks. This is how your wedding gallery will look too, so it’s a great sneak peek of what’s to come.

1

We’ll kick things off with a consultation to talk about your vision, your vibe, and what matters most to you. This is where we see if it’s a fit—and where I start getting excited about your day.

Let’s Chat First

3

Get to
Know You

This really starts at your initial inquiry!  After we book your date I send a questionnaire. I'll ask some questions about you two,  what music you like and how we can make the engagement session feel like a fun date night.

2

Secure
Your Date

Yay! Our visions align. I ask for a signed contract and a 40% retainer fee to secure the date.

You don’t have to be a model. You don’t need to know what to do with your hands. You just need to show up—and I’ll take care of the rest.

I know how vulnerable it can feel to be in front of a camera. That’s why I approach every session the way I’d want someone to approach me: with warmth, intention, and the kind of guidance that makes things feel easy—not awkward.

This isn’t about perfect posing or fake smiles. It’s about connection. It’s about building trust, playing a little, and creating space for the real moments to unfold. The way your partner tucks your hair behind your ear. The deep breath before you say your vows. The hug you give your dad that makes you both tear up a little. The weird, wonderful, in-between stuff that makes your story yours.

I’ll give you just enough direction to keep things moving, and then I’ll watch closely—because sometimes the magic lives in the unscripted. My style blends editorial composition with documentary honesty, and every image is shaped by the light, the energy, and most of all, by you.

Working together should feel like a breath of fresh air. Comfortable. Intentional. Fun. Like making art with an old friend.

frequently asked questions

I don't edit anything that could change in a week. I think you're beautiful the way you are so I will not do extreme editing to make you look like a different version of yourself. If you have a pimple, tan line or something that would change within the week, I'm more than happy to fix that up.

Yes. 250 driving miles roundtrip is included in each package, additional driving mileage is $.50 per mile. I will ask for a hotel stay if my drive is over 2.5 hours and I'm doing an 8 hour day.

For engagement photos it takes 2-3 weeks. For weddings I send a preview within the first week. The full gallery is sent 6-8 weeks out. If you booked with me in September - October it could become 8-10 weeks as it is the busiest time of year for weddings. I will always keep you up to date where you are in my editing que.

This varies based on the number of hours of coverage, and the type of photoshoot that you’ve booked. I tend to be an overshooting and I'm proud of that, I want to capture it all and I want to give you them all too. A typical hour session can have 100+ photos delivered. An 8 hour wedding can have 500+ photos. It depends on the day and each couple but I will never withhold photos just because I feel like I've already sent to many.

I shoot the majority of weddings on my own. I recommend a second if you have more than 200 guests, if you're wanting to do a first look, or if you have a big bridal party. Too add a second photographer for 8 hours it's $550.
