I had so much fun with Ann and Logan during their editorial Chicago engagement photos! We checked out a few of their favorite spots in their neighborhood, visited their favorite local bar, and even went to the Art Institute of Chicago! This engagement session really had it all, and I can’t wait to share more with you, so keep scrolling!
Ann + Logan’s Chicago Engagement Photos at Best Intentions Bar
We started their session by walking to Best Intentions Bar. They showed me all of their favorite spots around their neighborhood, and let me tell you, this bar had the best smash burger I’ve ever had—they made sure I tried it! I love when I get to have fun like this with couples, where we feel like friends more than anything. My goal when capturing my couples is for them to feel comfortable!
Editorial Chicago Engagement Photos at the Art Institute of Chicago
After photos and great food and drinks at Best Intentions Bar, we then went to the Art Institute of Chicago and got some cute shots of them dressed up. They also had their cute little dog with them for a few of the photos!
I love how we incorporated two different vibes and looks for their session. The first was more casual, in a place they like to frequent, and then dressing up some and heading to a location where we could capture more formal portraits!
