This Michigan vintage couple photoshoot felt so intimate, cinematic, and was very vintage film-inspired – the perfect combination. Keane and Kayla really blew it out of the park with this one, and if I could do more sessions like this, I would die.

The first part of the session was spent in the kitchen. It was the perfect backdrop with the wooden wall paneling, vintage floral curtains, and the old tiled flooring.

The beauty of at-home couples photoshoots is that you can do just about anything for your session. If you and your partner enjoy coffee at the kitchen table or watching TV on the couch, let’s capture those moments at home. At-home sessions really allow for those authentic moments and connections; I just loved the warm, nostalgic feeling of these two together during their vintage couple photoshoot!

The Vibes? artsy midwest grunge

After getting photos inside the house, we made our way outside to the property which offered more of that rustic outdoor setting and backdrops that were perfect for a Midwest vintage couple photoshoot.

From the big dumpster, the nearby sunflower field, to the old white propane tank. Things you may not bat an eye at can really add so much character to your session! Everything about this photoshoot came together perfectly. The location was on point, and Keane and Kayla wore the prefect vintage-inspired outfits.
